Offices All offices are decorated and carpeted to a high standard and also includes heating and flourescent lighting. Offices have an outside window which provides natural light. Reception Bordesley Hall prides itself on an efficient and friendly reception. A customer's first impression is often the most important and at Bordesley Hall we try to make that impression a good one. Visitors can either be sent straight to your office or you can be notified that they have arrived so you may collect them. We can also offer telephone cover while you are out of the office at a reasonable charge. Cleaning Bordesley Hall has their own cleaning staff and we pride ourselves on the high standard we maintain. Cleaning is included in our all-in price but is charged extra if offices are let on a rent only basis. Access and Security Bordesley Hall is open normal office hours but we can offer full access by arrangement. The offices are monitored twenty four hours a day 365 days of the year. Car Parking Bordesley Hall provides adequate car parking for all your staff and visitors and on especially busy days we even have an overflow car park which is less than 50 metres from the main house. Catering The catering staff at Bordesley Hall provide a selection of freshly baked baguettes and sandwiches with a variety of fillings and on occasions offer a selection of hot lunches. A range of drinks, chocolates etc can be purchased at reception. Should you use our conference facilities or hold meetings in your own offices we can provide a selection of quality buffets and meals at a reasonable charge. Post All tenants have their own designated post box from where they collect their morning post. This is usually available before 9.00am. Outgoing post is collected by Royal Mail from the designated area at 4.15pm. We can offer a franking facility for your mail/parcels at a reasonable handling charge. Meetings and Conferences Bordesley Hall offers facilities for meetings or conferences with a size of room to suit your needs. We can cater for as few as four or as many as 100. We can provide coffee, tea and biscuits, and an excellent buffet lunch.
